What occurs within meditation and your day-to-day life when you become fully present?

What occurs within meditation and your day-to-day life when you become fully present? When you keep the focus of your mind and your thoughts in the same time and space as your physical body for extended periods?


There are no thoughts within your being. Thoughts are a product of your being. Emotions are a product of thought.

Meditation and breathing exercises reveal the essence of living in the present. They guide you in utilizing your body's tools in the here and now. This awareness unveils the control you've always had over your own experiences. Transcendence does not mean escape. It means mastery. Know thyself!

Throughout our lives, we encounter numerous purposes. However, the most significant purpose consistently lies within the present moment. Here are some tips to help you maintain your awareness in the present moment.


TIP - Become aware of when you are doing tasks to get to the end of them. Notice when your actions are driven by a desire to simply check off tasks, rather than fully engaging with each step of the process. By shifting your focus from the outcome to the experience itself, you can find joy and fulfillment in even the most mundane activities. Embrace mindfulness by taking a moment to pause, breathe, and appreciate the present task for what it is, rather than what it leads to.


TIP - Cultivating Mindfulness in Your Thoughts


Be aware of moments when your thoughts shift to "I'm wasting my time doing this," "This is pointless," or "I shouldn't be here." When you notice these thoughts, concentrate on your breath. Remind yourself to slow down and that you have nowhere to be except in the present moment.

To overcome desire, one must recognize the WANTS that have been mistaken for needs. Gaining insight into how these strong wants influence your emotional state in the present moment is the first step toward grasping the lessons of our suffering. While pain is unavoidable, suffering remains a matter of choice.


By cultivating mindfulness, we can begin to observe our desires without judgment, allowing us to see them for what they truly are. This awareness creates space between ourselves and our impulses, granting us the freedom to choose how we respond. In this clarity, we find the power to let go of attachments that no longer serve us, paving the way for genuine contentment and serenity. As we disentangle from the grip of superficial desires, we open our hearts to deeper connections and a richer understanding of what it means to live a life present aligned with our true values
